I usually leave a salon feeling great but my recent experience at Warissas left me frustrated. Nails were meant to take 30 mins and there were so many delays it took 50 mins, resulting in me being late going back to work. I was told by Warissa 3 times during the process that the nail Colour I picked wasn't nice and I should have picked a nicer colour which was very annoying. Nail job was only okay, not as good as before. This was my first time back after she cancelled a previous appointment on me on the day of the appointment (I had made the apt a week previous). I used to love going to Warissas it's gone downhill.

Fantastic first lash experience. Warisa was so lovely and welcoming, she created a very relaxed atmosphere. She gave me a lovely set of natural looking lashes and fantastic shape to my brows. I will definitely be back!
