Salon looks dirty. Sanitiser not used or available for clients. Back door open beside chair where I was sitting for over an hour freezing while getting lashes done. Staff smoking at the door that I could smell. Eyelashes were terrible and most fell off within days. Staff are friendly though.

really loved the lash lift, Emma was very welcoming and did a great job of it. she really knew what she was doing and it was a great price , would definitely recommend
