Lovely salon with lovely people, lash lift was not what I expected, tint left on me, looks like I just got a tint not a lash lift

I missed an appointment due to a medical emergency and the salon accepted to reschedule. Treat well informed me via email that the salon would accept the pay I did up front, but the salon requested cash. They informed me that treat well should refund me. I still do not get any response or confirmation about this. I assume the responsibility for the missed appointment but if both venues agreed to make a payment valid afterward, I think there should be more transparency on the handling.
