Booked appointment for 12.45, salon changed it to 12.40pm, that would of been fine if I had my appointment at that time. I was told to wait and that the hairdresser would be a few minutes while she finished off a perm. Why bother taking bookings if you can't keep to the appointment time? I eventually got my hair washed at 1.15 and then sat for another 15 minutes waiting for my haircut. The hairdresser did apologise but only after I had been there for 50 minutes, at that stage I just wanted to leave. What a waste of time and money.

Eyelashes are excellent, I am delighted with the result. Procedure and aftercare was explained thoroughly. Emma went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I was so relaxed I fell asleep.
