Very disappointed and angry, I went to my appointment on time, but they didn’t realize I had an appointment, so asked me waited one hour . But then one hour and half pasted, I called again , and they said maybe more 30 mins, I know it was an lie and don’t want to waste time again, will never come back again.

Adriana was absolutely excellent and I was really happy with my highlights. The salon itself isn't great, the gown put on me (not by Adriana) was covered in men's stubble and the floors and surfaces weren't super clean. The highlights are so lovely though, just not sure about the salon.
