I booked for full head highlights but was told by the hairstylist that balayage is better for Asian hair so I agreed. I came in at 10:30AM, I also had shellac manicure which only took 20mins but the balayage with haircut and blow-dry finished at 5:30pm. I was in there for 7 hours on a Monday!!! During the balayage, they realized they overbleached my hair, so they colored it darker. Now my hair became so brittle, fried and damaged. Never going back again!!!!

It was good, at times when they over book you’d have to wait. Not ideal if you things after. Sue is amazing at doing nails
