I’ve been a loyal customer for months but tbh I’m sick of the place lately. Customers stacked up on each other over-booking.
Quality is nowhere where it used to be after sudden influx of customers. I at first liked my nails but after coming home the glitter polish is uneven and some nails are completely covered where some have little so the colour is completely off, my nails also filed uneven and some nails longer than others.
I’m getting married next month so I hope they grow in time…

I've been doing my nails with Sue for a while now and she's always great! However, they are always running late.
I'm always on time for my appointment and then I have to wait for at least 20 mins. Every time is the same.
I'm very happy with my nails as she does a great work but during my last visit, Sue had a visitor, Im not sure if it was her son or partner but he sat next to her and started cleaning his own nails with all the tools they have for customers use.
That's concerns about hygiene
