The nail tech was chatting a lot, not focussing and it meant that my appointment was 40 minutes long - when it should have been half this time. The nail tech was also sloppy when she dealt with the removal, therefore, ended up nicking me and hurting the tips of my fingers.

I'm very happy with the balayage and the hair cut! The staff is very friendly and very precise in everything they do, they always listen what the client want and they try to recommend the best to achieve an amazing result with the hair. Very recommended! Thanks!
