I didn't have my manicure with Kelly, it was some other fella who you could tell was still learning. He was not very gentle removing the previous shellac, and gave me a dent in two of my nails. My nails are still sore weeks after as they were damaged.

A lot of issues with the nail extensions, job was done fast but not efficient and sloppy, my nails look like they grew out for more than a week and I've been there 2 days ago. Had to go back day after to fix two nails that cracked on the same day I did them. Price is ok but not worth of the result.

Kelly did my eyebrow waxing. She was quick and great. The waxing room can be improved re: ambiance & cleanliness but it wasn't bad
Tom did my hair treatment & haircut. The hair treatment was good and it made my damaged hair softer but no change in shine and frizz control.
The haircut however was fantastic. Tom seems very experienced and followed my haircut inspiration very well. I got the face framing layers & fringe that I wanted. I will definitely go back to Tom for my next cut.
