Simona is my favourite hairdresser, she is very welcoming and friendly. Best service from her , this is the reason why I keep coming back to this salon again and again. Cannot fault her service.

When I went it, the air was a bit heavy due to the hair saloon products. My appointment was at 15:40 and I was not seated until 16:15 which affected the plans I had for the day. When booking my appointment, it was not specified that selecting more than 1 color would cost extra, the lady had to let me know when I let her know what I wanted. They did not charge me extra for the color due to the delay with my appointment, which was a great detail. I love my nails :)

Kelly is amazing when it comes to lashes but the salon needs to practice covid measures and be neater. Also, I had other staff bagging into the room throughout my session. Made me feel uncomfortable
