First of all, the ambiance was not clean at all. Secondly, their waxing machine was not working properly, though Kelly was using the same all the time and hurt my skin of leg and hand multiple times. She was not understanding the English language which I was talking. Thirdly, she did not provide the satisfied service at all. She did not do the waxing with proper treatment. Lastly, I booked for underarm wax as well and she refused to do it mentioning that it is already 2 hours are gone.

I loved my haircut and would definitely come again, salon was a little chaotic and my stylist seemed rushed but did a really great job so was overall v happy.
