The government guidelines are not followed. All had masks on but the hairdresser had his around the neck. Nothing was cleaned after a customer.
I asked to cut my hair, which the hairdresser did but I also asked to cut shorter in the front which I was told "no" by the hairdresser.
Would not recommend and I will not go back there.

Amazing! Had an absolutely wonderful experience at the salon, the shellac pedicure is neat and beautiful and the woman who did my dry cut was just amazing! So friendly and helpful in guiding throughout my cut. The overall atmosphere of the venue is super calm and friendly, and the work is just amazing! Will definitely be returning for future cuts : )

Hair cut was good and fast.Hygiene in saloon needs improvement-hair from previous clients on chair and in hair combs.

Missed patches - which stylist clearly seen as hair was checked several times by two members of staff and said nothing to me.. but spoke about it between themselves. My natural hair colour is about 2 shades lighter, so it is noticeable. I didn’t initially notice as dim lighting in salon and a lot of colour around my scalp was hard to see especially as colour that is patchy around the crown of head. Like these things happen, but I think it’s bad form to say nothing and not even offer to re-do that area. No complaints with hair cut or blow dry
