Simona is one of the nicest hairdressers I've ever met, she took her time to hear what I wanted to do for the balayage and made me feel at ease. I love what she has done with my hair.

The person who polished my nails was unfriendly and rude. She did not communicate effectively and was looking at me with a hostile gaze. I even don't know why! I will never come back.
