Took over an hour & 5 mins when time should be 40mins. No apologies given. My shellac not soaked off and instead just taken off with nail machine by girl in training causing nails to be sensitive for days afterwards. Not best experience.

Tom did my balayage and I love how it turned out! The staff were very accommodating and understanding. I had to take a break in between while having my hair colored because I needed to breastfeed my baby. Mum has to have some self-care time too. Lol. Thank you to all the staff!
