Firstly I was left waiting 35 minutes for my appointment. Kelly was lovely and apologised so I didn’t mind too much. However got my nail refills done on Wednesday and one nail had lifted by Saturday. Once the gel had lifted off my own nails then broke which I am annoyed about because I have spent time growing my own nails using the gel to help them not break. I’m very discounted
