I prepaid for my nail appointment, but at the end, I was asked to pay extra for a service I never requested. They didn’t inform me that they were adding anything beyond what I booked, and I only found out when they charged me. This lack of transparency was really disappointing, and I don’t think it’s fair to charge clients for something they didn’t agree to.
