Prepaid Appointments Policy
Please note that the prepaid amount is non-refundable in the following cases:
• The appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• The client does not show up for the appointment.
• The client is more than 10 minutes late, as this may affect the quality of the service and disrupt the schedule.
This policy is in place to protect my time and work. Thank you for your understanding.
A patch test is required and recommended prior to service.
